Cathy Carlisi's poetry has appeared in anthologies and journals including; Prairie Schooner, The Mid-American Review, The Greensboro Review, The Atlanta Review and others. The Conversation Turns to Wide-Mouth Jars, a collection of poems featuring the voices of Beth Gylys, Jennifer Wheelock, and Cathy in organic conversation was published in 2023 and named a Book All Georgians Should Read, and Bloody with Plums, is forthcoming by Kelsay Books. Cathy's work has also appeared in Georgia Poetry in the Parks, alongside A.E. Stallings, Kevin Young, and Ilya Kaminsky.

Cathy's new poetry collection, Bloody with Plums, is forthcoming from Kelsay Books in late 2026 or early 2027.
